運送政策 | Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Luckstar Magic Carpet! We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

1. 運送範圍 | Shipping Areas

  • 我們提供 台灣本島與離島 之運送服務

  • 提供 國際運送，可寄送至多數國家（實際配送地區以物流商為準）

  • We ship to Taiwan (main island and offshore islands)

  • International shipping is available to most countries (depending on logistics providers)

2. 處理時間 | Processing Time

  • 訂單確認後，我們會在 2-5 個工作日 內完成出貨

  • 預購商品依商品頁面標示之出貨時間為準

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation

  • Pre-order items will follow the estimated shipping time indicated on the product page

3. 運送時間 | Shipping Time

  • 台灣本地：約 2-4 個工作日

  • 國際配送：約 7-21 個工作日（依國家與物流商而異）

  • Domestic (Taiwan): approx. 2-4 business days

  • International: approx. 7-21 business days, depending on the country and carrier

4. 運費 | Shipping Fees

  • 台灣本地：單筆消費滿 NT$3,000 享免運優惠，未達門檻收取 NT$100 運費

  • 國際配送：運費依物流商實際計價（於結帳頁面顯示）

  • Taiwan Domestic: Free shipping for orders over NT$3,000, otherwise a flat fee of NT$100 applies

  • International: Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and carrier rates (shown at checkout)

5. 關稅與進口稅 | Customs & Duties

  • 國際訂單可能需支付進口關稅或稅金，此費用由買方自行承擔

  • 我們無法控制或預先計算各國的關稅費用

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We cannot control or predict the exact amount of such fees

6. 運送風險 | Shipping Responsibility

  • 商品寄出後，物流狀態由物流商負責

  • 若因地址錯誤或收件人無法簽收導致退件，需由買方承擔重新寄送的運費

  • Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery status

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs
